Rates
Fees are based on time spent in the office. Effective May 1, 2022, A standard 50 minute session is $150. An 80 minute session is $210. Longer Intensive sessions which may benefit those who need to come less frequently vary in price depending on the amount of time requested. All rates are detailed in the form packet.
Insurance
I am out of network with most insurance companies. If you want to file the insurance I can provide you a superbill for your submission. Verification of benefits is the responsibility of the client.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Receipts are sent via email.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, I have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy. I understand that some circumstances are beyond your control and you may have to cancel at the last minute. I always give my clients a first time grace period when it comes to advance notice. After the first time grace period, If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
